Introduction

Stainless steel rope perimeter safety netting is a type of perimeter safety net. It is one of the essential components of Helipad safety net system. Made from marine-grade stainless steel, it provide the highest corrosion resistance, its service life can up to more than 25 years even marine environment. Our stainless steel rope perimeter safety netting go through 100 kgs drop test from 1 meter height according to UK CAP 437 requirement. Therefore, it is suitable for helidecks in any environment.

Helipad safety net system is a perimeter security system for helicopter landing deck structures. It is made of high strength steel rope mesh and frames to effectively prevent accidents during docking, taking off and landing, and avoid personnel and equipment falling off the deck during landing or takeoff. Material: 316 or 316L, 314 and 314L stainless steel.
Rope diameter: 2mm to 3.2mm, and other rope diameters are also available.
Border securing rope diameter:2.8 mm or 3.2 mm.
Rope construction: 7 × 7 and 7 × 19 are the main used, but 1 × 7 and 1 × 19 are also supplied.
Mesh width:≥ 1.5 m.
Safety net load bearing capacity: 122 kg/m2.

Safety net elevation: It shall not exceed the elevation of the safety zone and the limitations of obstacles.
